Made-To-Order Rules:

1. Made-To-Order Availability

• Orders are limited in quantity. Once the order slots are filled, the item will no longer be available for order until previous orders are shipped.

2. Made-To-Order Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other available online payment options.

• Orders are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

• Orders will ship within the estimated time frame provided on the product page. This typically ranges from 2-3 weeks.

• Shipping times may vary depending on production and availability. We will provide updates via email if there are any delays.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be shipped as soon as they are available in stock and fully customized.

• If you’ve ordered other items along with your made-to-order case, they will be held until the

• made-to-order item is ready to ship. If you prefer to receive your other items sooner, please place separate orders.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will depend on your location.

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

• Once a order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless there are exceptional circumstances.

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer support within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, cancellations cannot be accepted.

6. Pre-Order Confirmation

7. Backordered Items

• In rare cases, if a made-to-order item is unexpectedly backordered or out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to wait for the item to come back into stock or cancel the order for a full refund.

8. No Returns or Exchanges

• Made-To-Order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or damage caused during shipping.
